About My Teaching
I came to yoga first as a personal practice — a way to slow down, notice, and reconnect.
After my initial training in 2022, I recently completed a second 200 hour training focused on learning how to guide others more intentionally. This season has deepened both my understanding of the practice and how I hold space within it.
My classes blend strength and movement with moments of awareness, creating space to both challenge and reconnect.
Outside of the yoga studio, I’m a ceramic artist currently working on a lighting collection and hosting creative, mindful workshops.
